Client Consultation and Site Inspection

Our team will meet with you on site to go over the building requirements, discuss your budget and explore possible construction options. We’ll explain any areas that you’re unclear on at the site inspection – allowing us to estimate costs accurately and identify any potential risks in the future.

Step 2

Design

We’ll set up a meeting with our in-house architect and interior designer to review your unique vision for your luxury home. Our fantastic team of tradesman, architects and interior designers will work with you from the start to ensure everyone is working towards a common goal for your project. If you have existing design plans, bring them along and our team can incorporate this into your vision.

Step 3

Tender Process

We will organise an in-depth cost estimate based on your agreed upon home designs. Before you sign any contracts, we will complete as many edits to the building proposal as a required until you feel confident that we’ve got it right.

Contracts

Next, we’ll develop a contract to be signed by all parties. This document will be free of any confusing construction or legal jargon, clearly outlining the components of your build.

Step 5

Construction

We’ll coordinate a timeline that expands from the start of your building journey through to the day we hand you the keys. Throughout this time, we’ll provide progress updates and scheduled site meetings so you can experience your dream build come to life.

Step 6

Handover

When your home is being polished with the finishing touches, we will conduct a detailed inspection together to raise any potential concerns and address the issues. Once you’re feeling content with the final overview, we will provide a handover pack with warranties, certificates and a list of contractors that worked on your home, in case of any issues down the track.

Step 7

Continued Commitment

For the first three months, we will attend to all issues or defects. Our homes are built for longevity, and our commitment to maintenance is outlined in our comprehensive warranty for structural and non-structural issues.
